Beta Chapter is located at Millikin University in Decatur, IL and was chartered on April 17, 1909. This chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is not only the first fraternity to be created at Millikin University, but is the first national fraternity on this campus as well.

Most members are housed in the Beta Chapter house located at 1225 W Main St - directly in the middle of campus.

Beta Chapter is the second chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon, being so, Beta has a long history to tell.
